About the role

We are seeking a senior Android developer to lead the design and delivery of complex enterprise mobile applications in Austin, TX. The role combines hands‑on coding with team leadership and mentorship responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain high‑performance Android applications for enterprise clients.
• Lead a small development team, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior engineers.

• Ensure compatibility across multiple Android SDK versions, screen resolutions and device types.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional Android development experience.
• Proven experience leading development teams and coaching junior staff.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities in an enterprise environment.
• Hands‑on experience with Android SDK and NDK.
