Senior Analyst – Investment Management (Real Estate)

About the role

Invesco Real Estate is seeking a Senior Analyst to partner with Investment Managers in overseeing a portfolio of commercial and residential properties. The analyst will help optimise asset performance, develop property‑specific strategies and support the preparation of regular reporting and budgeting.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Investment Managers to create and implement operational strategies for individual assets.
• Analyse major leasing decisions, capital projects and other investment factors that affect value.
• Conduct feasibility studies and benchmark property performance against industry standards.
• Prepare quarterly and annual property reports, budgets and performance analyses.
• Assist in evaluating asset‑level performance and recommending actions to enhance returns.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in real‑estate investment analysis or asset management.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
