Senior Analyst, Global Indirect Procurement

About the role

Revlon is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead global indirect procurement analytics. The role combines data‑driven insight with process design to drive cost savings, compliance, and risk mitigation across the company’s diverse beauty portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze indirect procurement data using standardized models and enterprise reporting tools to uncover savings opportunities and performance trends.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve procurement workflows through automation, data governance, and standardized controls.
• Own KPI reporting, cost‑savings tracking, financial reconciliation, and develop executive dashboards for leadership decision‑making.
• Identify supply‑chain and supplier risks by evaluating financials, capabilities, performance history, and market indicators.
• Provide advanced analytical support to Category Leads during supplier screening, evaluation, and selection.
• Support RFI/RFP processes by defining data requirements, consolidating responses, creating scoring models, and delivering comparative analyses.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in procurement analytics, finance, or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to senior leadership.
• Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate across global teams.
