Senior Analyst ERP & Corporate Applications

About the role

The Senior Analyst supports ERP and corporate applications, focusing on Workday Supply Chain, to ensure smooth system operations, reporting, and continuous improvement within a complex healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Configure ERP systems and Workday Supply Chain modules based on business requirements.
• Develop and execute test plans for upgrades, enhancements, and integrations, and assist in disaster recovery planning.
• Analyze data, create reports, and troubleshoot system issues to recommend improvements.
• Provide production support, incident resolution, defect analysis, and root‑cause investigations for Workday.
• Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders across clinical, supply chain, and finance areas.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Sciences, Technology, or related field, or high school diploma with 7+ years relevant experience.
• 4+ years progressive experience in information management, ERP/Corporate Applications, or a combination of IT and supply chain.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience configuring and supporting Workday Supply Chain functions (procurement, inventory, suppliers, requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, returns, catalog management, sourcing).
• Workday reporting, calculated fields, notifications, business process configurations, and integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, third‑party systems).
• Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Understanding of procurement and supply chain business processes.
