Senior Analyst, Corporate Development

About the role

The Senior Analyst, Corporate Development will support the Corporate Development & Strategy group and the Executive Management team. This role involves analyzing M&A opportunities, leading transaction execution, and providing strategic financial analysis for the Wine & Spirits and Beer divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the creation of complex financial and valuation models, including three‑statement projections, DCF, comparable company, precedent transaction, accretion/dilution, and synergy analyses.
• Collect and organize project data, run scenario and sensitivity analyses, and pressure‑test transaction economics.
• Lead end‑to‑end acquisition or divestiture due diligence, manage data rooms, and synthesize findings for senior leadership.
• Partner with Corporate Strategy to monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and M&A activity across beverage alcohol and adjacent CPG categories.
• Develop executive‑level presentation materials for the Executive Management team and Board of Directors.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Tax, HR, and IT throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in M&A, financial modeling, and valuation.
• Ability to interact directly with executive, senior, and division management teams.
