Senior Accountant – Remote (ET Business Hours)

About the role

Blink Health is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its fast‑growing finance team. The role supports the company’s mission to make prescriptions affordable by ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting while working within Eastern Time Zone business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the monthly close process, preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and workpapers.
• Focus on revenue, accounts receivable, customer on‑account, and security deposits.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve close accuracy and speed.
• Conduct fluctuation and variance analysis, providing clear explanations for financial results.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to verify data completeness for accounting purposes.
• Assist with annual audits and tax‑compliance data preparation.
• Document internal controls and standard operating procedures.
• Drive process‑improvement initiatives, including AI‑based automation for routine accounting tasks.
• Support strategic projects that enable company growth and scalability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA designation preferred or in progress.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience; public‑accounting background a plus.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Experience with enterprise ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, Workday) preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (XLOOKUP, PivotTables, Dynamic Arrays, Power Query).
• Proficiency with NetSuite, Oracle, or Workday.
