Senior Account Manager

About the role

Join a global leader in insurance and captive management as a Senior Account Manager. You will play a key role in delivering high‑quality financial reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting insurance operations while working closely with senior leadership and a broad network of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting for client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Coordinate communication and workflows across client service teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and regulatory filings.
• Partner with external service providers—including actuaries, auditors, investment managers, brokers, claims adjusters, and legal counsel—to anticipate and meet client needs.
• Manage communication with state regulators and support the implementation of business plan updates.
• Prepare and deliver materials for client board meetings and presentations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior accounting or finance role, preferably within insurance or captive management.
• Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA or insurance qualifications are a plus.
• Strong track record of improving processes and driving efficiency.
• Confident communicator with experience presenting to clients and senior stakeholders.
