Senior Account Executive – Marketing Communications

About the role

TruePoint is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead integrated marketing communications for a diverse portfolio of clients. Based in Dallas with a hybrid work model, you will combine strategic thinking, project management, and client service to deliver high‑impact campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee multiple client projects from kickoff to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategy, timelines, scope, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal account, creative, PR, social, and digital teams to coordinate roles, deadlines, and next steps.
• Develop and review marketing communications assets such as social media posts, collateral, creative briefs, email copy, presentations, and pitch materials.
• Support integrated media planning and execution across paid, earned, and social channels.
• Gather, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics, turning data into actionable insights.
• Monitor client scopes and budgets, flag over‑servicing, and keep work within agreed parameters.
• Communicate project status, risks, and decisions clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members, delegating work and providing constructive feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
• 3‑6 years of experience in marketing communications, integrated marketing, or account management.
• Agency background strongly preferred, with exposure to both B2B and B2C clients.
