Senior Account Executive

About the role

Ruder Finn’s Brand Experience team is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive the daily execution of client programs. You will work across consumer brands, translating bold ideas into integrated campaigns that connect with audiences through culture, creativity, and earned influence.

Key responsibilities

• Support leadership in delivering outstanding client experiences for consumer brands.
• Build deep understanding of each client’s business, industry, competitors, audiences, and communications goals.
• Manage daily execution of client programs, including status reports, project trackers, agendas, call recaps, and media monitoring.
• Develop work‑back plans, monitor deadlines, and proactively alert the team to shifting priorities.
• Create client‑ready materials such as press releases, media pitches, briefing documents, key messages, social content, research summaries, and presentations.
• Participate in internal and client meetings, brainstorms, planning sessions, and team discussions.
• Engage in media relations activities, including pitching and media list development.
• Contribute to a collaborative, supportive culture within the Brand Experience practice.
