Security Sales Consultant

About the role

Force Security Solutions, a division of Konica Minolta, is seeking a Security Sales Consultant to drive new business and deliver tailored security solutions to clients in the Washington DC area. The role blends sales expertise with deep security knowledge to assess risks, design protections, and support implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and client needs.
• Develop customized security solutions, including physical security, electronic surveillance, and access‑control systems.
• Collaborate with clients to implement recommended measures and policies.
• Provide guidance on industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver security training sessions for client staff as required.
• Stay current on emerging security technologies, trends, and regulations.

Required profile

• Successful completion of criminal background test, drug test, and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel to client sites within the greater Washington DC area (own transportation) and occasional trips beyond.
• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., criminal justice, security management) preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in security consulting, risk assessment, or a related discipline.
• Relevant certifications such as CPP or CISSP are a plus.
