About the role

Join NRG’s Direct to Home Pros team to install, service, and troubleshoot cutting‑edge smart home security technology in customer homes while delivering top‑tier customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair smart home security systems and related equipment.
• Manage inventory, conduct routine maintenance, and document system capabilities for customers.
• Leverage service appointments to generate leads and drive additional product sales.

Required profile

• Customer‑first attitude with integrity and strong rapport‑building skills.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, reliable transportation, and residence within 20 miles of Edmond.
• Ability to pass background check and meet licensing requirements.

Required skills

• Experience or aptitude in installing smart home or related technologies (cable/satellite, pest control, construction, solar).
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 lb, work in attics and varied weather conditions.
