Security Compliance Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Security Compliance Analyst to join our Data Center security team. As an individual contributor, you will safeguard the integrity of our rapidly expanding infrastructure by shaping and executing security strategies that align with business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and enforce legal and regulatory requirements, advising management on necessary actions.
• Monitor, assess, and communicate regulatory changes and emerging compliance risks to stakeholders.
• Support business and compliance partners in handling client escalations through research and presentation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of regional and global regulatory trends affecting the organization.
• Oversee guard force contracting, alarm response, incident management, and business continuity processes.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience managing mission‑critical infrastructure operations.
• Broad expertise in physical security, risk management, and secure operational processes.
• Strong understanding of incident response, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with technical and non‑technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills for translating security requirements into actionable plans.

Required skills

• Relevant security certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP, PCI, CC, CISP).
