Security Account Manager (Contract)

About the role

GardaWorld is seeking a Contract Security Account Manager to oversee one of its key accounts in Alexandria, LA. You will act as the primary liaison between the client and our local branch, ensuring security services are delivered at the highest standard and that client expectations are consistently exceeded.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client issues, emergencies, and day‑to‑day communications with key contacts.
• Maintain and update business databases (CRM, ERP) and ensure MSA compliance.
• Guide customers through integration projects, contracts, RFPs, and onboarding.
• Develop, evaluate, and present security and crisis‑management plans.
• Manage client billing, DSO assessments, and overdue payment follow‑ups.
• Analyze data, prepare internal reports, and deliver detailed client presentations.
• Maintain Client Summary Forms (CSF) and Account Summary Forms (ASF) up to date.

Required profile

• Authorized to work in the United States and able to pass an extensive screening process.
• High School Diploma or GED; Louisiana State Security License.
• Minimum three years of experience in security operations with progressive responsibility.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM software.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
