Second Shift Production Worker

About the role

As a Second Shift Production Worker at Ascentek, you will join a certified Great Place to Work environment where you help mass‑produce products on a rotating schedule from 3:00 pm to 1:30 am. The role offers full‑time hourly work, on‑site training, and a supportive benefits package.

Key responsibilities

• Operate bottle‑filling and sub‑assembly machines following written work orders.
• Gather raw materials, set up production lines, and produce sample units for quality inspection.
• After approval, produce, label, pack, and load products onto pallets.
• Verify materials and maintain inventory using a computerized Warehouse Management System.
• Report defective materials, perform routine cleaning, and follow safety regulations.
• Conduct basic preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise.
• Attend scheduled training, safety, and departmental meetings.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Good command of English with the ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on a second‑shift schedule.

Required skills

• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Proficiency with material handling equipment.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting on production equipment.
