Seasonal Remote Data Entry Specialist

About the role

SupportNinja is looking for a detail‑oriented Seasonal Remote Data Entry Specialist to join its virtual team. You will be responsible for accurately processing utility bills and performing fast, non‑voice transaction tasks while adhering to established workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Manually download utility bills from provider websites and upload them to the company portal.
• Execute fast, accurate non‑voice transaction processing, including data parsing, entry, and updates.
• Follow process workflows closely and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Review work thoroughly to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain high accountability when handling repetitive operational tasks.
• Resolve issues by using available resources and consulting peers or seniors when needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Required profile

• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• High level of process orientation, digital organization, and resourcefulness.
• Ability to work in sensitive, high‑stress, fast‑paced environments and multitask.
• Consistently high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Minimum 6 months experience as a Data Processing Specialist.
• Graduate of an Associate or Bachelor’s degree; undergraduates with at least 1 year relevant experience are also considered.
