Seasonal Holiday Decor Installation – Drivers, Foremen & Crew

About the role

Join John Mini’s holiday team to create festive displays across the tri‑state area. The seasonal program runs from October 2025 through January 2026 and includes positions such as drivers, foremen, quality‑control leaders and crew members.

Key responsibilities

• Transport and set up trees, wreaths, menorahs and other decorations using 16‑26 ft box trucks.
• Assemble and secure displays on rooftops, interiors and outdoor sites.
• Lead installation crews, oversee quality standards and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain safety protocols while working at heights and handling equipment.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license (commercial license not required).
• Physical ability to lift 25 lb+, stand, bend, crouch, kneel and climb ladders.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• For foremen and quality‑control roles: leadership experience and an eye for design.

Required skills

• Ability to operate a box truck (16‑26 ft).
• Basic knowledge of safe installation practices.
