Seasonal Designer

About the role

As a Seasonal Designer at Minted, you will deliver high-quality, print-ready designs for customers, combining creative talent with strong attention to detail. The role supports the Design Studio’s seven‑day operation and requires occasional weekend availability.

Key responsibilities

• Incorporate customer requests, text, and photos into polished designs.
• Create print-ready proofs with consistent typography and legibility.
• Proofread customer-entered text and ensure photo quality.
• Recolor and edit images per customer specifications.
• Review fellow designers’ work for quality and accuracy before delivery.
• Communicate with customers via email or screen-share to finalize designs and resolve escalated issues.
• Assist internal teams with design-related questions and uphold service-level standards.

Required profile

• Highly self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent team player capable of independent work.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive under pressure.
• At least 3 years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite and freelance client interaction.
• Fine-art skills such as watercolor, illustration, calligraphy, or hand-lettering.
• Strong understanding of typography, print design principles, and wedding etiquette.
• Bachelor’s degree.
