SDR / Client Intake Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly driven Sales Development Representative / Client Intake Specialist to join a fast‑growing U.S. real‑estate investment firm. The role focuses on qualifying inbound and warm seller leads, nurturing relationships, and scheduling qualified appointments directly on the CEO’s calendar. This is a remote, full‑time position working EST business hours, ideal for LATAM candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and qualify inbound and warm seller leads from web inquiries, SMS replies, PPC leads, missed‑call returns and outbound team responses.
• Conduct outbound follow‑ups via phone, SMS and email using structured cadences.
• Build rapport with homeowners, assess motivation, timeline, property condition, pricing expectations and geographic fit.
• Schedule qualified appointments directly on the CEO’s calendar and ensure rapid speed‑to‑lead response.
• Maintain 100‑200+ active leads simultaneously while keeping the pipeline organized in Salesforce.
• Document seller situations and property details in clear English notes within the CRM.

Required profile

• Confident and persuasive phone presence.
• Highly disciplined with CRM management and follow‑up execution.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Motivated to grow long‑term within U.S. real‑estate investing.

Required skills

• Salesforce CRM proficiency.
