About the role

Ataraxis AI is a clinical AI research lab focused on multi‑modal AI and precision medicine. The Scientific Engagement role is designed for early‑career candidates with a strong scientific background who want to bridge research and commercial impact. You will lead high‑volume, high‑quality outreach to top oncologists and surgeons, turning scientific conversations into concrete business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound scientific engagement with high‑priority physicians via personalized emails, calls, video meetings, and conference follow‑ups.
• Present validation data, methodology, and clinical utility evidence fluently, addressing detailed questions on study design, comparators, and guidelines.
• Convert scientific discussions into business actions such as first‑order placements, early‑access enrollments, or qualified hand‑offs to the sales team.
• Maintain a pipeline of engaged physicians and track outreach metrics.

Required profile

• Early‑career professional with a scientific or research background (e.g., life sciences, biomedical engineering, clinical research).
• Competitive, self‑motivated, and able to prioritize ruthlessly.
• Strong work ethic and ability to handle both scientific and commercial conversations.
