Science Recruiter

About the role

Kelly is seeking a Science Recruiter to source and place scientific talent across a range of disciplines and industries. You will work with hiring managers to build pipelines and match candidates to roles that drive innovation in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, chemicals and more.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates in chemistry, biology, clinical research, immunology, bioprocessing, drug safety, molecular diagnostics, pharmacology, physical science, and toxicology.
• Manage candidate pipelines, conduct pre‑screenings, interviews and coordinate offers.
• Meet financial and activity‑based targets, growing revenue and profitability for your portfolio.
• Network actively within the local scientific market and maintain relationships with industry professionals.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the sciences.
• Solution‑oriented, driven to succeed and able to work collaboratively as part of the Kelly team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly networked with the ability to connect top talent to opportunities.

Required skills

• Experience deploying social‑media recruiting strategies on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest and blogging platforms.

What we offer
