Sauna Crew Member

About the role

Saunawelt is looking for enthusiastic Sauna Crew members to be the welcoming face of our European‑style sauna house in Webster, Texas. You will create a warm, inviting atmosphere while ensuring guests enjoy a safe and rejuvenating experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, guide them through sauna rituals, and answer questions about services.
• Maintain immaculate sauna spaces, fresh linens, and well‑stocked amenities.
• Handle sales, bookings, and administrative tasks using our digital systems.
• Perform routine cleaning, operate commercial washers/dryers, and manage facility upkeep.
• Provide basic first‑aid assistance and ensure guest safety at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 years old with 2+ years experience in hospitality, customer service, retail, or similar public‑facing roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 lb throughout the shift.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience using Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with web‑based retail and booking systems.
• Basic knowledge of commercial washer/dryer operation and cleaning product handling.
• CPR and/or first‑aid certification (preferred).
