Sauna Crew Associate – Entry Level

About the role

Saunawelt is launching a European‑style sauna house in winter 2026 and is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join as Sauna Crew Associates. This entry‑level position focuses on behind‑the‑scenes operations that support a calm and memorable guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform back‑of‑house tasks such as facility maintenance, cleaning, and equipment handling.
• Assist with setting up sauna rooms, managing temperature zones, and ensuring safety standards.
• Support experienced staff by learning operational procedures and gradually taking on guest‑facing duties.
• Handle inventory, move and lift items up to 30 lb, and maintain a tidy work environment.

Required profile

• At least 16 years old with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to stand, walk, squat, kneel, and withstand extreme temperature variations.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy for operating electronic systems.
• CPR or first‑aid certification (preferred).
