SAP Sr. Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead

About the role

The SAP Sr. Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead will design and execute change management strategies for a large‑scale SAP implementation. Working closely with program leadership, functional teams, IT and business stakeholders, the lead ensures user adoption, minimizes resistance and maximizes the value of the SAP investment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive OCM strategy and detailed plan aligned with SAP program objectives.
• Conduct change impact assessments and define OCM metrics and KPIs.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders, delivering communication plans, workshops, town halls and feedback sessions.
• Collaborate with training teams to create role‑specific SAP training and assess organizational readiness for go‑live.
• Proactively manage resistance, champion change with leadership and implement adoption strategies post‑go‑live.
• Partner with executive sponsors to secure alignment and active sponsorship.
• Lead and mentor OCM specialists or analysts, fostering professional development.
• Apply industry‑standard OCM methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR and continuously improve OCM processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (field not specified).
• Proven senior‑level experience leading organizational change management for large SAP implementation programs.
• Strong ability to work with cross‑functional teams, including IT, functional consultants and business owners.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
