SAP Fieldglass QA Support Engineer

About the role

The SAP Fieldglass QA Support Engineer will lead the design and implementation of a reusable test automation framework for SAP Fieldglass, while mentoring the team on best practices. This role combines technical expertise with customer relationship management to ensure high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a reusable SAP Fieldglass test automation framework.
• Coach and mentor team members on adopting test automation technologies.
• Analyze SAP Fieldglass testing procedures and develop test cases and automation scripts.
• Identify, document, and follow up on bugs and quality issues.
• Develop test plans, execute test cases, and regularly update them to reflect new product functionality.
• Report testing status and results to stakeholders and manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• Experience in test automation and SAP Fieldglass applications.
• Strong knowledge of software testing, programming concepts, and QA principles.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time‑management abilities.
• Background in agile DevOps environments and customer relationship management.

Required skills

• Selenium WebDriver with Java.
• Behavior‑Driven Development (BDD) frameworks.
• Monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace.
• CI/CD pipeline creation and maintenance.
• Cloud platforms: AWS (required), Azure and GCP (a plus).
