About the role
The Panther Group is seeking a W2 contract SAP CAP (Cloud Application Programming) developer to support a higher‑education partner. The position lasts one year with the possibility of extension and focuses on data conversion and integration within SuccessFactors.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain business applications in SAP SuccessFactors using ABAP, CAP and Node.js.
- Perform large‑volume data extracts and conversions from SAP ECC to SuccessFactors.
- Build and run end‑to‑end customer data export processes across all modules.
- Configure and use SAP Data Hub Launchpad for data export tasks.
- Create technical specifications, test scripts, and documentation for delivered solutions.
Required profile
- Hands‑on experience with SuccessFactors (not ECC) and SAP CAP.
- Strong ABAP development background with performance‑focused coding.
- Proficiency in Node.js and core SAP APIs.
- Ability to work on a W2 contract without C2C, subcontracting, or visa sponsorship.
