About the role
The Sanitation Technician ensures a clean and professional environment for employees in private work areas and shared spaces. This onsite position involves routine janitorial duties and supports safety and efficiency initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Remove trash and clean cubicles/offices.
- Perform floor cleaning, vacuuming, and wet/dry mopping.
- Maintain break rooms and bathrooms.
- Apply lean thinking tools to identify and eliminate waste.
Required profile
- Safety‑oriented with a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependable, self‑motivated and able to complete duties with minimal supervision.
- Capable of safely lifting at least 50 pounds.
