About the role
The Sample Coordinator I provides essential administrative support to the HBHF department, handling the flow of samples to internal and external testing labs and ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
Key responsibilities
- Send samples to subcontracted labs for testing and track their progress.
- Print applicable datasheets and maintain organized sample racks.
- Work with labs and Customer Service Specialists to resolve issues.
- Order national brands for testing when required.
- Maintain departmental procedures and provide feedback for process improvements.
- Assist with departmental projects, initiatives, and internal client requests.
Required profile
- High School Diploma with at least 2 years of related experience.
- Strong organizational, time‑management and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload, work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and dependability.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Lotus Notes.
- Familiarity with general office equipment.
