Salesperson – Audio Video Solutions

About the role

Park Place Installations is seeking a motivated Salesperson to join its Buffalo team. You will work directly with prospective and existing clients, understand their audio‑video needs, and propose tailored solutions that align with the company’s high‑quality installation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑person and phone consultations to assess client requirements.
• Prepare, present, and follow up on proposals and quotations.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of opportunities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with installation and project teams to define scopes, timelines, and handoffs.
• Participate in lead‑generation activities and represent the company at local events.

Required profile

• Proven consultative selling experience in a service‑oriented or technical environment.
• Ability to quickly learn basic audio‑video concepts and communicate them clearly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time‑management abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a willingness to handle objections professionally.
• Willingness to work on‑site at client locations and travel within the Buffalo area as needed.
