Salesforce Developer – Partnerships

About the role

Anthropic is looking for a Salesforce Developer to own and evolve the platform that powers its Partnerships business. You will work closely with Revenue Operations, Partnerships, and Finance teams to translate partner‑channel requirements into scalable Apex, Flow, and integration solutions, leveraging AI‑assisted development tools as a core part of the workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build Partnerships infrastructure in Salesforce, including deal registration, channel‑conflict detection, partner attribution, and hierarchical partner accounts.
• Develop and maintain Apex code (triggers, services, selectors, batch/queueable), Lightning Web Components, and Flow automations following internal standards.
• Create and manage integrations between Salesforce and external ecosystems such as AWS, GCP, Azure marketplaces, PRM tools, and middleware platforms.
• Configure partner‑facing portals with appropriate sharing, visibility, and licensing models.
• Incorporate Claude and other AI development tools into coding, review, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations analysts to ensure data‑model decisions support downstream reporting.
• Partner with DevOps for sandbox strategy, source control, peer review, and SFDX‑based deployments.
• Maintain test coverage, documentation, and control environment standards.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience developing in a production Salesforce org using Apex, SOQL, LWC, and Flow.
• Background building partner/channel functionality such as deal registration, portals, attribution models, or co‑sell opportunity management.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external platforms via REST/Bulk APIs, middleware (e.g., Workato, Mulesoft), or direct callouts.
• Proficiency with SFDX, source‑controlled metadata, and a sandbox‑to‑production release process that includes peer review.
• Active use of AI‑assisted development tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor, or similar) and ability to discuss their impact on coding practices.
