Salesforce Developer – Oak Brook, IL (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our team in Oak Brook, Illinois. The role is hybrid, requiring three days onsite per week, and offers a competitive salary of $110‑$145K plus a 3% bonus. You will design, develop, test, and support custom applications on the Salesforce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Develop and maintain flows, process automations, and integrations within Salesforce.
• Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, and ensure high‑quality releases.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing Salesforce applications.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an application developer in a Salesforce environment.
• Hands‑on experience with Apex (triggers, classes), Data Loader, Lightning, Experience Builder, and Visualforce.
• Intermediate proficiency in building flows.
• Background in HTML, CSS, JavaScript or Java.
