Salesforce Consulting / Principal Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce professional to lead the design, development, and delivery of Service Cloud solutions that drive efficiency, growth, and superior customer experiences across our Business Services vertical.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, including Cases, Entitlements, Service Console, Omni‑Channel, and Knowledge.
• Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components to meet complex business needs.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and scheduled jobs following best practices and governor limits.
• Configure Service Cloud features such as Email‑to‑Case, Web‑to‑Case, CTI integrations, and Live Agent/Chat.
• Integrate Salesforce with third‑party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware tools.
• Create automated workflows with Flow Builder, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, maintain technical documentation, and enforce coding standards.
• Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity using Data Loader and Workbench.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and stay current with Salesforce releases.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering Salesforce Service Cloud projects.
• Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
