Sales Territory Manager – Southeast Region

About the role

Enovis is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales of its Regeneration business unit products across the Southeast region. The role focuses on expanding market share, building physician relationships, and delivering measurable patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales volume and reimbursable revenue targets through strategic sales activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, clinic staff, and device users.
• Provide product education on technical and clinical aspects, including equipment delivery, set‑up, and troubleshooting.
• Plan and execute local educational and sales events to support business goals.
• Utilize Salesforce to keep contacts, opportunities, and call plans up to date.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience; at least 1 year in orthopedic or medical device sales preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lb and perform field‑based activities in physician offices, hospitals, and clinics.
