Sales Territory Manager – NYC & Connecticut

About the role

Enovis is seeking a Sales Territory Manager to drive growth of its Chattanooga & LightForce product lines across the New York and Connecticut region. You will be the primary point of contact for physicians, clinics, and device users, promoting innovative medical technologies that improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales revenue targets for the assigned territory through strategic and tactical activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, clinic staff, and other device users.
• Demonstrate and educate customers on the technical and clinical aspects of Enovis products.
• Coordinate engineering services to create customized solutions for customers.
• Prepare price quotations, negotiate terms within authority, and process orders.
• Support equipment delivery, set‑up, follow‑up, and service as needed.
• Organize local educational and sales events with cross‑functional support.

Required profile

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a medical‑device or related environment.
• Strong ability to cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Deep understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends.
• Ability to translate clinical science into clear, layperson‑friendly explanations.
