Sales Territory Manager – Medical Devices

About the role

Enovis is seeking a Sales Territory Manager to drive growth of its Chattanooga and LightForce product lines in Minnesota. The role combines field promotion, relationship management, and strategic planning to expand the customer base and improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business plan to exceed sales, market, and product portfolio goals for the assigned territory.
• Initiate contact with physicians, clinic staff, and device users to cultivate relationships and generate new business.
• Demonstrate and educate customers on technical and clinical aspects of LightForce Laser and Chattanooga Shockwave systems.
• Coordinate engineering services, pricing quotations, and order processing while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Represent Enovis at national, regional, state, and local trade shows and conferences.

• Strong communication skills, able to convey ideas clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities to build constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven presentation skills for one‑on‑one and group settings.
• Initiative and ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Analytical problem‑solving mindset and sound decision‑making capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce for managing contacts, opportunities, and sales pipelines.
• Technical knowledge of LightForce Laser systems.
• Technical knowledge of Chattanooga Shockwave devices.
