Sales Supervisor (Full-Time)

About the role

The Sales Supervisor supports the store management team and steps into a leadership role when the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager is absent. Working in a dynamic retail environment, you will help drive sales performance while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Assist in training and developing associates to build a high‑performing sales force.
• Ensure customer service initiatives are executed promptly and courteously.
• Act as a liaison between customers, sales associates, and store management.
• Communicate effectively with team members, corporate stakeholders and customers.
• Support store operations such as floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, cleaning duties and inventory returns.
• Adapt to flexible duties and occasionally perform tasks outside the core role.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong organizational abilities to coordinate people, resources and services.
• Excellent team‑building and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
