Sales Supervisor – Deer Park Tanger Outlet

About the role

Marc Jacobs International is looking for a Sales Supervisor to join the Deer Park Tanger Outlet in Deer Park, New York. The role supports store management in daily operations, drives sales performance, and ensures an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets and other commercial KPIs.
• Lead the sales floor with a customer‑first mindset, building loyal relationships.
• Maintain a guest‑ready environment where clients feel welcomed and comfortable.
• Provide styling expertise, seasonal trend knowledge, and product information to drive sales.
• Illustrate the client journey and core behaviors that encourage repeat business.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of the Marc Jacobs brand, product lines, and brand DNA.
• Initiate regular client contact and follow‑up on sales, events, and inquiries.
• Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management.
• Open and close the store according to company procedures and keep the sales floor and stockroom organized.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and corporate directives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of retail or sales experience with a strong focus on customer service.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for the Marc Jacobs brand and product offering.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Competence in Microsoft Office suite.
