About the role

Join Beyond Yoga’s Corte Madera store as a Sales Stylist, representing a premium active‑lifestyle brand. You will create an authentic, service‑focused environment that connects customers with the brand’s body‑positive values and high‑quality apparel.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep product knowledge to drive sales and foster genuine customer connections.
• Achieve daily store and individual sales targets while adhering to visual presentation standards.
• Handle cash, process shipments, manage markdowns, and replenish merchandise efficiently.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and collaborate with store leadership on escalated issues.
• Adopt new in‑store technologies, including Shopify, to enhance the consumer experience.
• Maintain store security, safety, and loss‑prevention protocols.
• Partner with Home Office and local community to drive brand awareness through events.

Required profile

• Proven retail leadership experience with a track record of supervising, coaching, and training staff.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Self‑starter with a growth mindset, comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills
