Sales Stylist – NYC Pop‑Up (Temporary)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Stylist to join the Beyond Yoga pop‑up store in New York City for a temporary assignment running from August through January. The role focuses on delivering an authentic, service‑oriented experience that reflects the brand’s commitment to body positivity and community connection.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and engage customers to drive sales and meet daily performance targets.
• Handle cash, process shipments, manage floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment while adhering to store policies.
• Maintain visual standards and overall store appearance in line with Beyond Yoga’s guidelines.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and collaborate with store leadership on escalated issues.
• Support loss‑prevention, safety, and security protocols.
• Assist with community‑building events and brand‑awareness initiatives.

Required profile

• Passion for the Beyond Yoga brand and its values.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven retail environment.
• Self‑starter with a growth mindset and strong collaborative spirit.
• Experience supervising, coaching, or training retail teams is a plus.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of the Shopify platform
