Sales Stylist

About the role

The Sales Stylist works on the sales floor of a Levi's® store, delivering exceptional customer service while representing the brand’s heritage. You will engage shoppers, advise on product choices, and help meet daily sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Levi Strauss & Company history and product lines.
• Provide outstanding customer service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals each day.
• Follow cash handling, security, safety, and loss‑prevention procedures.
• Assist with stock replenishment, security tagging, pricing, and inventory counts.
• Maintain store visual standards and overall housekeeping.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, squat, and bend for extended periods.
• Minimum one year of customer‑service experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
