Sales Stylist – Ellenton Premium Outlets

About the role

Join Levi's® at the Ellenton Premium Outlets as a Sales Stylist, delivering exceptional customer experiences while representing a brand with a rich heritage. You will help customers discover the perfect fit and style, contributing to the store’s sales goals and brand reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult, and Close.
• Maintain deep product knowledge of Levi's history, heritage, and current collections.
• Achieve daily individual and store sales targets.
• Handle cash according to Levi's cash handling guidelines.
• Support stock associates with merchandise replenishment, security tagging, and pricing.
• Ensure visual presentation standards and store housekeeping are met.
• Execute rapid floor refills using RFID‑enabled inventory processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Ability to work flexible evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, squat, and bend for extended periods.
• Structured, organized, methodical, consistent, and adaptable.

Required skills

• Basic technology proficiency, including familiarity with iOS devices.
• Basic device troubleshooting.
• Understanding of RFID inventory processes.
