Sales Stylist – Charlotte Premium Outlets

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Stylist to join our Levi’s® Charlotte Premium Outlets store. In this customer‑facing position you will represent the brand, deliver exceptional service and help drive sales while maintaining the store’s visual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Achieve daily and individual sales targets.
• Handle cash according to Levi’s cash‑handling guidelines.
• Assist with stock replenishment, security tagging and pricing.
• Maintain store appearance and visual presentation standards.
• Perform rapid floor refill using RFID‑enabled inventory processes.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand for long periods.
• Minimum one year of customer‑service experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Structured, organized, methodical and adaptable.

Required skills

• Basic technology proficiency, including familiarity with iOS devices.
• Device troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of RFID‑enabled inventory processes.
