Sales Stylist – Beyond Yoga, Boston Seaport

About the role

Join the Boston Seaport store of Beyond Yoga, a premium active‑lifestyle brand backed by Levi Strauss & Co. As a Sales Stylist you will create an authentic, service‑focused environment that connects customers with the brand’s soft, body‑positive apparel.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and convey the brand story to drive sales.
• Achieve daily individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain visual standards, store appearance, and housekeeping in line with brand guidelines.
• Handle cash, process shipments, manage floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and partner with store leadership on escalated issues.
• Adopt new in‑store technologies and support their rollout.
• Collaborate with the team and corporate partners to host community events and boost brand awareness.

Required profile

• Passionate about Beyond Yoga’s mission and active‑wear market.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven retail environment.
• Self‑starter with a growth mindset and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Proven retail leadership experience, including supervising, coaching, and training staff.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of the Shopify platform (preferred).
