Sales Stylist – Arrowhead Towne Center

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Sales Stylist for its Arrowhead Towne Center store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will create a welcoming, fashion‑forward experience for every customer while supporting store operations and sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Suggest outfit combinations that reflect current trends and Levi’s promotions, aligning with the brand’s service approach.
• Promote the Red Tab Loyalty program and drive omni‑channel engagement.
• Address and resolve customer concerns in line with company policy, escalating when necessary.
• Handle cash, process shipments, execute floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment while maintaining visual standards.
• Execute store procedures and comply with all Levi’s policies and directives.

Required profile

• Passionate about fashion and current trends.
• Enjoy a fast‑paced environment and multitasking.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform frequent standing, walking, and bending.
• Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16.
