Sales Specialist – Intake Representative for Law Firm

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Sales Specialist who will act as the primary intake representative for our compassionate law firm. The role combines client communication, intake management and closing new business, all while working remotely on a contractor basis.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate consistently with prospective and existing clients via phone and email.
• Conduct initial intake interviews, gather necessary information, and guide clients through the intake process.
• Serve as a “closer,” persuading interested prospects to sign on with the firm without cold‑calling.
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to case retention, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case status.

Required profile

• Bilingual English (Advanced C1 level) with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proven experience in sales, warm‑calling or client outreach, preferably in legal services.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal and persuasive abilities.
• Resilient, persistent, organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a drive to continuously improve.
