Sales Representative – Uniform Solutions

About the role

Cintas is seeking an energetic Sales Representative to promote its uniform and work‑apparel solutions to businesses across a defined territory. In this B2B outside‑sales position you will help customers enhance their professional image through laundry, delivery, repair, replacement and branding services.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, develop and qualify new leads within the assigned territory.
• Conduct cold‑calls, in‑person meetings and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts, handle objections and close sales to meet weekly and quarterly quotas.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in the company CRM.
• Provide ongoing account management and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
