Sales Representative – Shreveport & Bossier City, LA

About the role

Morales Beverage Group of LA is seeking an energetic Sales Representative to cover Shreveport, Bossier City and the surrounding North Louisiana territory. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for on‑premise and off‑premise accounts, driving revenue growth and expanding the company’s portfolio of premium alcohol brands.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain strong relationships with on‑premise (bars, restaurants) and off‑premise (retail, liquor stores) accounts.
• Conduct regular visits to ensure product placement, monitor satisfaction, and identify new sales opportunities.
• Sell new products, meet or exceed sales targets, and expand the brand portfolio within the assigned territory.
• Execute brand programs, promotions, tastings, staff trainings, and on‑site events.
• Coordinate merchandising and promotional materials to ensure brand standards are met.
• Travel daily throughout the territory to service accounts and gather market intelligence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in beverage or consumer goods sales, preferably with on‑premise and off‑premise accounts.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, accountable and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
