Sales Representative – San Antonio

About the role

The Sales Representative will nurture and grow customer relationships for Nucor's Vulcraft/Verco group, focusing on the San Antonio market. You will develop territory marketing plans, capture market volume, and execute pricing strategies while collaborating across sales and non‑sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and sustain strong, engaged relationships with customers.
• Assist in creating and implementing an effective territory marketing plan.
• Capture market volume and apply pricing strategy to meet targets.
• Collaborate with sales and non‑sales teammates across the Vulcraft/Verco group.
• Travel frequently and be willing to relocate to the San Antonio area.
• Uphold Nucor’s safety policies, practices, and housekeeping standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of commercial or service experience in the steel or construction industry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
