Sales Representative – Roofing Restoration

About the role

Premier Roofing is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join our fast‑growing roofing restoration team in Charlotte. You will work directly with homeowners affected by storm damage, guiding them through the insurance process and delivering high‑quality roof, siding, and gutter solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect in the field, meet homeowners, assess damage, and close sales.
• Explain insurance claim options and maximize homeowner reimbursements.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial inspection to final payment.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Collaborate with the installation and claims teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Required profile

• Competitive, self‑driven individuals who thrive on achieving financial goals.
• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence in closing deals.
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
• Physically able to climb ladders and inspect rooftops safely.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Preferably 2+ years of sales experience, though hustle and willingness to learn are valued.
