About the role

Premier Roofing is seeking motivated sales professionals to join our field team in Denver. You will help homeowners navigate insurance claims after storm damage and sell high‑quality roof, siding, and gutter restoration services.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect in the field, meet homeowners, assess damage, and close sales.
• Guide customers through the insurance claim process to maximize their benefits.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial inspection to final payment.
• Achieve weekly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Required profile

• Competitive, self‑driven individuals who thrive on earning uncapped commissions.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in closing deals.
• Physically able to climb ladders and inspect rooftops.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Preferably 2+ years of sales experience, though hustle and willingness to learn are essential.
