About the role

Join Sleep Number, the leader in personalized sleep wellness, as a Sales Representative. You will help customers discover the right sleep solutions while delivering a personalized, high‑touch retail experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify each customer’s sleep needs and match them with appropriate Sleep Number products.
• Explain product benefits, current promotions, and deliver tailored experiences to exceed sales targets.
• Proactively nurture prospects through outbound calls and relationship‑building activities.
• Maintain a polished showroom and ensure an exceptional in‑store experience.
• Participate in sales practice training and coaching to continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs.
• Goal‑oriented, customer‑focused attitude and a drive to exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a retail environment.
• 1–2 years of retail, customer service, or other customer‑facing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems.
• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale technology.
• Comfort with interactive sales tools such as iPads and mobile apps.

What we offer

• Base pay of $16 per hour.
• Potential earnings ranging from $48,000 to $63,000 annually (variable and not guaranteed).
